Arkon's SM325-S mount attaches to your car's passenger-side seat bolt location.
Nearly all car's have an exposed or easily accessible passenger-side seat bolt. Arkon's SM325-S utilizes this location to position your cell phone in the car within close proximity.
Universal holders are recommended for many brands of phones, regardless of whether you're using a protective case or skin on phone. SM325-S is better suited as a mount for your phone's handsfree calling, or to keep your phone close. The seat bolt or floor location is usually not ideal if using your phone with GPS (see the SM310, SM312, SM315, or SM329-SBH instead).
